Delete Your HelloAgain Account

Permanent account and data deletion request · joinhelloagain.com

You can permanently delete your HelloAgain account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, circle connections, check-ins, messages, voice notes, memories, call history, reminders, and notification tokens. This cannot be undone.

Deletion audit logs (a record that a deletion occurred, without your content) are retained for 90 days for compliance purposes, then removed — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open HelloAgain and go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Delete here (no app needed)

Enter the email address and password of the account you want to delete.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your password, email support@joinhelloagain.com from the email address on the account and request deletion. We usually reply within 24 hours.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, photo, bio, date of birth)
Your circle connections and relationships
All check-ins, moods, and status updates
All messages, voice notes, and call history
All memories, photos, and stories in Memory Studio
Reminders, care schedules, and notification tokens
